The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie 2 Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services on the community.

SASSA might be rendering services which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, as well as the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency explained it truly is alarmed about the high quantity of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The purpose with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your superior range of clients/beneficiaries to access website SASSA sassa status check services.

“That is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no absolutely functional office focused on service the area on a daily basis. The service issue designed for intervention experiences a high inflow of possible beneficiaries, which makes it tough for your Workplace to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more sources to enable the servicing of all shoppers and boost access to Social Assistance services,” the agency said.
